3C Metal Belmet, Lda, specialized in engineering and technical services, with headquarters in Maputo, at Rani Towers, is seeking to hire a Project Engineer. The main purpose of this position is to assist in coordinating projects from quotation to installation, ensuring safety, client satisfaction, and quality, within the established time frame and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Identify business opportunities and communicate with clients and suppliers.

·        Organize procurement of materials, coordinate subcontracted work, and ensure that specifications meet client requirements.

·        Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to the schedule and budget.

·        Participate in the project closure process and ensure all required documentation is in place.

·        Maintain good client relationships and resolve any project-related issues.

·        Comply with QHSE policies and safety regulations.

Requirements:

·        Education and Experience: Engineering degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience.

·        Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of engineering, steel fabrication (piping and structural), and welding processes (GTAW, SMAW, FCAW).

·        Technical Standards: Understanding of standards such as ASM B31.3, API, ASME IX, AWSD1.1.

·        Fluency in English: The candidate must be fluent in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with international clients and for technical documentation.

·        High-Pressure Piping Knowledge: Experience with high-pressure piping (5,000psi, 10,000psi, 15,000psi WP) will be an advantage.
