Position overview:

As a reinforcement of the team, you will : 

Assist in the AP process: 

• Review suppliers’ invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Prepare cheques and bank transfers
• Reconcile suppliers SOA and correct discrepancies
• Scan and archive supplier invoices
• All other related AP functions
   

Assist in the AR process: 

• Prepare and send invoices to clients
• Ensure accurate journal entries are recorded in the system with the right account, cost center and taxes
• Maintain files and documentation by scanning and archiving in hard and soft copies for easy retrieval

We seek the ideal candidate profile with:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
• Good knowledge of MS Office Excel
• MYOB / Sage
