Key Responsibilities summarised:

• Process and reconcile bank accounts on Pastel
• Manage bank, credit card, and intercompany loan entries and reconciliations
• Load salary, wage, and supplier payments
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial reports
• Oversee monthly trial balance and ensure accuracy
• Maintain fixed asset register and ensure assets align with FAR
• Assist with VAT submissions and compliance checks
• Manage debtors, creditors, and supplier reconciliations
• Prepare job costings and monitor export documentation
• Support audits, provisional tax calculations, and journal processing

Knowledge / Qualifications / Experience:

• B. Comm Accounting degree
• 3-4 years’ experience
• Knowledge of financial accounting, VAT and IFRS
• Pastel Accounting experience
