We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Dubai.
What you will do:
Provide marketing and admin support by undertaking a range of tasks as identified by the Group Marketing and Communication Officer in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Main responsibilities:
· Manage and ensure consistency of the appearance of all the company print and electronic internal and external communications materials such as letterhead, logo, email marketing, brochures, marketing presentations and offers, website, social media, projects leaflets.
· Place orders for 3C Metal branded material for employees and gifts for customers.
· Assist with the planning, organization and coordination of the company’s attendance at trade shows and industry events.
· Manage client contact list using CRM.
· Proof-read marketing collateral such as the newsletter, presentations, project leaflets etc. making sure material is in line with the corporate style guide.
· Attend marketing meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action items.
· Contribute to social media activities (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
· General communications and marketing related tasks.
· Produce information by formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying text and data.
What you bring (experience and qualifications):
· Minimum of 3 years of experience of marketing and administrative support experience
· Relevant degree (marketing, communications, journalism etc.)
· Moderate knowledge in working with MS Office 365 (MS Teams, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel)
· Experience using Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop and InDesign (desirable)
· Content Management System experience (desirable)
· Fluent in English, French is a plus
· Excellent communication skills
