Position overview:

• Support project teams by sourcing required materials and ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage supplier relationships and maintain consistent communication throughout the procurement process.
• Review project requirements and issue RFQs to appropriate suppliers.
• Collect and present quotations to the project team for evaluation.
• Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and conditions to secure the best possible agreements.
• Prepare purchase orders, obtain internal approvals, and issue them to suppliers.
• Ensure acknowledgment of purchase orders and follow up on pending Material Traceability Certificates.
• Coordinate with the Logistics team to arrange material collection and delivery.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with reliable suppliers while proactively sourcing new vendors.
• Make informed and timely decisions in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date supplier records, including qualifications and performance.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Procurement Coordinator to ensure seamless procurement activities.

We seek the ideal candidate profile with: 

Educational background:

• High School certification or higher education (diploma/degree preferred)

Industry knowledge:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Strong understanding of procurement systems, policies, and processes.
• Good knowledge of the local market and supplier landscape.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures is an advantage.

Software proficiency:

• Proficient computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems preferred).
