We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Project Engineer to manage projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with quality and HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project execution, including quotations, procurement, fabrication, logistics, and site installation
Understand client requirements and define technical, material, and site needs
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments (Workshop, QC, HSE)
Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets, with regular reporting to management
Support business development by identifying opportunities with existing clients
Oversee project close‑out, including inspections, documentation, invoicing support, and financial summaries
Maintain strong client relationships and resolve project‑related issues
Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and the OHS Act
Requirements:
Proven project engineering or project coordination experience in a technical/industrial environment
Strong organisational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience & Knowledge:
2-5 years' work experience
University bachelor's degree in engineering
