Job description

3C Metal Belmet, Lda, a company specialized in engineering and technical services, with headquarters in Maputo, at Rani Towers, is seeking to hire a Administrative Coordinator to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Manage and support all administrative, HR, facilities, finance, and public relations functions, ensuring smooth operations, travel and deployment support, in coordination with the HR Manager.



Key Responsibilities:
• Manage switchboard, attend visitors, receive and distribute deliveries, organize courier services and office supplies.


• Assist with general administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and stock management.


• Capture, organize, and maintain data and both physical and digital files.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and general administrative support.


• Support onboarding, induction, and integration of new employees, in coordination with the HR Manager.


• Manage employee records, leave tracking, promotions, salary increases, and terminations, in coordination with the HR Manager.


• Assist with payroll, training, performance reporting, and wellness initiatives, in coordination with the HR Manager.


• Organize travel, visas, transport, and accommodation for personnel, keeping the deployment planner updated.


• Ensure compliance with travel documentation and internal policies, in coordination with the HR Manager.


• Liaise with local authorities for permits, licenses, and registrations, ensuring legal compliance, in coordination with the HR Manager.


• Track deadlines, renew documents, and follow up on administrative requirements, in coordination with the HR Manager.


• Supervise cleaning, maintenance, office furniture, and equipment.


• Manage stock of consumables, procurement, and service contracts, ensuring smooth operations.


•Support corporate events, CSR projects, branding, and internal/external communication.


•Manage promotional materials, presentations, and distribution of corporate gifts.


•Assist in data reconciliation and budget control for administrative and HR activities.

Profile

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Human Resources, or related field
•2+ years of experience in administrative roles
•Knowledge in HR, travel/deployment, and office management
•Experience with travel/deployment coordination, HR administration, and office/facilitiesmanagement is a plus
•Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., M-Files) is advantageous
