Summary of Responsibilities:
- Review and improve QC processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness at the project level.
- Ensure project QC documentation meets contractual requirements and assist with project preparation.
- Support QC staff in interpreting and applying standards, codes, and specifications.
- Coordinate with third-party and NDT companies as per project needs.
- Prepare, update, and manage production documents and fabrication data books.
- Monitor calibration of measuring equipment and report contract deviations.
- Oversee QC phases, inspections, and ensure compliance with reference documentation.
- Maintain quality control records and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Manage dimensional, visual, NDT, and corrosion protection inspections.
- Develop and coordinate procedure approvals.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.
