3C Metal Belmet, Lda - Branch, a company specialized in engineering and technical services, located at Pemba, Estrada Nacional n° 106, Pemba Bulk Terminal (PBT), Cabo Delgado, is looking for a Storeman to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for material issuing, receiving, testing, and overall material handling according to company, client, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

·   Execute Storeman duties using HeroPos system. 

·   Receive stock from suppliers and issue materials to workshops and other departments. 

·   Record stock transactions on applicable templates. 

·   Return stock to suppliers for repairs when necessary. 

·   Handle all related paperwork and delivery notes. 

·   Use HeroPos to book equipment and consumables in and out of stores. 

·   Ensure proper management of maximum and minimum stock levels. 

·   Maintain inventory systems for the 3C Metal Belmet store, as well as associated client parts stores. 

·   Monitor and control client equipment, material, and project-specific deliveries. 

·   Prepare export and import documentation and track returned equipment. 

·   Establish and maintain stores, procedures, and technical instructions. 

·   Ensure proper housekeeping and organization in storage areas. 

·   Assist in store audits and monitoring of good stores practices. 

·   Report to the Procurement and Logistics Coordinator and assist in procurement and logistics functions.

Requirements:

·   3-4 years of experience in a similar role

·   A qualification in Stores or related field is advantageous

·   Good knowledge of engineering materials

·   Ability to work independently

·    PC literate (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
