Access
The Site is intended for any person (hereafter referred to as “the User”) seeking to submit a speculative application or to access a specific job vacancy made by the Company.
The “your space” service can only be accessed by login and password.
The Company reserves the right to modify, improve, and add to the services offered on the Site at any time.
Company Obligations
Access to Website Services
3C METAL shall provide all resources available in order to offer the best services to the User and to facilitate his/her access.
As such, 3C METAL will ensure access to the Site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
However, access may be restricted at the discretion of 3C METAL and its operational or hosting suppliers due to maintenance or other technical reasons. In these specific instances of limited access, 3C METAL will give prior notice to the User and will endeavour to limit the duration of this interruption.
3C METAL also reserves the right to suspend access to services without being held liable in cases such as attacks on the Site (viruses, malicious intrusions, etc.) which may potentially affect the capacity, security or integrity of processing or data, notice by 3C METAL of the presence of illegal content, a request for suspension or restriction of Site access made by an administrative or judicial authority, or through formal notice from a third party.
User Obligations
The User shall take all necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality and preservation of his/her access code, and to ensure that it is not divulged to any other person.
Neither3 C METAL nor any other company of the Group using the Site shall be held liable for any fraudulent use of the access code.
Operations performed on the Site under the User's login details are deemed to have been carried out on behalf of that User, who assumes liability.
The Site's exclusive purpose is to facilitate the 3C METAL's recruitment process. It should be accessible to the User for the sole purpose of enabling him/her to view and apply for vacancies. As such, the User shall refrain, in his/her personal area and the free-text entry areas available on the Site, from any unlawful use, including sending messages or producing recordings of violent, defamatory, or illegal content.
Privacy Policy and Protection of Personal Data
3C METAL will collect and process the following data: your surname, first name(s), age, postal address, email address, former position(s) and/or current position (hereafter referred to as your “Data”).
In addition, your Data will be used to contact you and process your application.
Your Data will be processed by 3C METAL HR and recruitment teams and 3C METAL managers involved in the recruitment process.
Your Data may be transferred within any companies of 3C METAL Group including outside the EEA, to process your application for vacancies .
You are not obliged to provide this Data. Your Data is processed on the basis of your prior consent to this processing, including when the Data was collected on the basis of the legitimate interests of 3C METAL in processing your application.
If you refuse consent, your Data will be deleted from all our databases. However, please note that any failure or refusal to provide your Data will cancel the application process.
We remind you that for the processing of your Data and in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, applicable from 25 May, 2018 (hereafter referred to as “GDPR”) and the French law no.78-17 of 6 January, 1978 (amended) relating to Information Technology, Files, and Civil Liberties, you have the right to know if we are holding your Data, and if that is the case, you possess the following rights under conditions specified in the GDPR:
Right of access by the data subject (article 15 of the GDPR);
Right to rectification (article 16 of the GDPR);

For the purposes of these provisions, your Data may be retained by 3C METAL for a maximum period of 18 months. Upon expiry of this period, you will receive an email asking you to update your Data. If you do not respond within 10 days, your Data will be deleted from our databases.
Your Data will not be subject to automatic data processing. As part of the processing described herein, all appropriate technical, organisational, and security measures against any unauthorised access or any alteration, disclosure, destruction, or loss of your Data, hosted in European Union data centres for the entire duration of processing, are taken. Unless otherwise provided by existing legislation, regulation or court ruling, access to your Data will be restricted to those employees who are currently employed by 3C METAL and, if applicable, to their subcontractors who need to view and/or use the data for the purposes described above.
