Summary of Job Description

Responsible for coordinating all aspects of employee deployments and travel. This includes managing visa and flight arrangements, maintaining deployment records, updating planners and reports, arranging accommodation and transport, and ensuring all required documents and approvals are in place. The role also involves liaising with various departments, assisting visiting personnel, and handling post-travel documentation and follow-ups.

Knowledge / Qualifications / Experience: 

• Grade 12
• Knowledge of visa processes and international travel requirements
• Experience in travel coordination (flights, accommodation, car rental, transport)
• Understanding of deployment logistics in a project or industrial environment
• Familiarity with document control systems (e.g., M-Files or similar)
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Experience using Excel or similar tools for planners and reports
• Basic understanding of procurement (e.g., issuing POs and managing quotes)
