Position overview:

 

Join our Namibian team as an HR Manager, where you'll take on a dynamic generalist role overseeing recruitment, performance management, training & development, and labour relations. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring legislative compliance, managing reporting, and handling monthly payroll processing and administration, along with employee benefits. Additionally, you'll coordinate resourcing, project deployment, and associated travel requirements.

Profile

 

Educational Background:

  • Human Resource Management degree (or equivalent),
  • Payroll qualification/ experience (at least 2-3 yrs).

Experience:

  • 3-5 years' experience as an HR Manager
  • Knowledgeable of SAGE VIP & Eco Time (advantageous), and labour legislation.
