Position overview:

As part of our Quality/Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of engineering solutions for complex projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

The purpose of the Team Leader role is to lead, coordinate, and supervise a team to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. The Team Leader is responsible for translating planning and management instructions into daily executable tasks, monitoring performance, developing team capability, and ensuring compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and project specifications.

We seek the ideal candidate profile with:

Red Seal boilermaker

Heavy fabrication, Boiler making/Pipefitting Job Knowledge.

Boiler making, Pipe Fitting, Safe working practices. People management/supervising skills required.

Normal working hours with Saturdays and overtime required as and when required (based on workload).
