Are you ready to join our dynamic team as a HSE Administrator?


Key duties and responsibilities



  • Manage the medical information for all employees through the Employee Medical Matrix.

  • Upload all Observation Cards and develop graphs to track trends

  • Notify management of any violations of safety regulations and codes identified in the Observation Cards.

  • Assist in auditing the Safety Management System.

  • Ensure new employees are inducted according to 3C Metal Belmet requirements.

  • Prepare for and participate in audits, including ISO 45001.

  • Comply with all relevant health, safety, environmental, quality, legal, and regulatory requirements as stipulated by company policies.

Profile

Requirements



  • Matric or equivalent qualification.

  • Secretarial/Administration qualification (advantageous).

  • 2–3 years’ experience working in an administrative position in a production environment.

  • Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Previous HSE experience will be an advantage.
