Key duties and responsibilities
• Overseeing recruitment, performance management, training and development and labour relations.
• Monthly HR reporting.
• Ensuring legislative compliance.
• Handling payroll processing and administration, along with employee benefits administration.
• Coordinating resources, project deployment and associated travel requirements.

Requirements
• Human Resource Management Degree (or equivalent).
• Payroll qualification/ experience (at least 2-3 years).
• 3-5 years’ experience as a Human Resources Manager.
• SAGE People 300 and Eco Time (advantageous).
• Knowledge of labour legislation.
