Key Responsibilities
Oversee implementation of the Quality Plan and ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Allocate and supervise Quality Control personnel and inspection activities.
Ensure inspections, tests, and documentation are completed and maintained according to applicable standards and project specifications.

Verify qualifications of welders, NDT technicians, and inspection personnel.
Manage non-conformances and implement corrective actions.

Control welding procedures, welder qualifications, and welding consumables.
Maintain calibration of measuring equipment and quality records.

Act as Welding Coordinator in line with company QMS and ISO 3834 requirements.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, legal, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Quality Control Department.
Ensure all QC processes and documentation meet client and contractual requirements.
Review and approve contractor and subcontractor quality documentation.
Drive continuous improvement and achievement of company quality objectives

Knowledge & Experience

Ability to read technical drawings.
Knowledge of relevant welding and fabrication standards (AWS, ASME, ISO).
Understanding of NDT methods (MT, PT, RT, UT).
Familiarity with fabrication processes, including welding and cutting.
