3C Metal Belmet is currently looking for a fixed-term QC Administrator. 

Quality & Document Management:

• Organize and update QC folders, ensuring ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
  Standardize logos and update work instructions.

Welder & Certification Management:

• Maintain welders’ matrix, certifications, and registers (hard & digital copies).

WPS / PQR & Consumables:

• Update and organize WPS / PQR folders and welding consumable records.
• Ensure DNV Offshore Certificates compliance and approvals.

QC & Admin Support:

• Assist Namibia QC Coordinator, maintain QC admin & reception.

Duties:

• Compile data books, arrange NDT requests, maintain Quality database, and ensure compliance.

Knowledge

• A sound knowledge of Quality documentation is preferable. 

Qualifications

• Grade 12

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years administrative experience, preferably in a QC department

• MS Office packages
