Summary of the position:
- CNC Machine Supervision & Operation: Oversee daily CNC pipe cutting machine activities, ensuring precision, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications. Operate machines directly when required.
- Team Coordination: Manage and support auxiliary staff, including material controllers and operators, to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
- Technical Oversight: Perform programming checks, monitor quality, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure all outputs meet required tolerances.
- Workflow & Resource Management: Coordinate material flow, manage production priorities, and align manpower allocation with project needs.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce HSE standards in line with company and industry regulations.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, material traceability, and progress updates for project reporting.
