As our workshop supervisor, you will play a crucial role in organizing, coordinating and carrying out day to day operations of the workshop.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring safe working in the workshop.

- Allocating personnel in the workshop.

- Planning of resources in the workshop.

- Manage production efficiency.

- Manage employee discipline in line with company policy.

- Perform ongoing quality inspections.

- Fairly resolve disagreements amongst employees.

- Advice management of training requirements for workshop personnel.

- Familiarize yourself and be proficient in all production procedures and equipment.

- Promote and uphold the company’s Disciplinary Code of Conduct, as well as its quality, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

- Ensure team members perform daily housekeeping in and outside the workshop.

We seek the ideal candidate profile with:

Educational background:

• Red Seal Boilermaker
• Management/Supervisory course

Industry knowledge:

• 10+ Years of experience 

Essential skills:

• Boilermaking
• Pipe Fitting
• Welding process and distortion control
• Safe working practices
• People management/supervising
• Knowledge on AWS D1.1 ASME/DNV will be advantageous.
